Estonia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs coordinates the country’s Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid (DCHA). The goal is to contribute to the eradication of world poverty, and to attain the Sustainable Development Goals.

Projects in recent years include a few in agricultural development, eco-enterprises, river basin management, and civil society participation in environmental programs. However, “green themes” are not a current priority at DCHA.
