Swedish International Development Agency — Sustainable Urban Water and Sanitation for Africa

Sida funds short-term training in selected development topics for participants from developing countries. The advanced international training programme on ‘Sustainable Urban Water and Sanitation – Integrated Processes’ is open for candidates from Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia. Participants may be nominated by authorities, institutions, universities, NGOs, water utilities or other private companies active in the water and sanitation sector. The training programme consists of five compulsory phases. Phase 2 will take place in Sweden (27 August  – 14 September 2018) and Phase 4 in Uganda (January/February 2019). The other phases will be conducted from the participants’ home countries. Closing date for application is 16 March 2018. More about the training program
