The objective of this call is to promote social and economic development in Palestine to a more sustainable economic development towards a green economy. This call will support projects that focus on agriculture growth and profitability by provision of adequate sustainable means for better access to and utilisation of land and water. Grants requested for this purpose must fall between the amounts of € 1,9 million and € 3,8 million. Eligibility extends to non-governmental organisations, public sector operators, local authorities, and international (inter-governmental) organisations established in a Member State of the European Union or in Palestine. The Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM), in partnership with the MasterCard Foundation, seeks applications for the programme “Transforming African Agricultural Universities to meaningfully contribute to Africa’s growth and development (TAGDev)”. Interreg Baltic Sea Region financially supports frameworks for cooperation of core partners of projects funded by Interreg Baltic Sea Region. Project platforms must be in line with the thematic priorities of the Programme: (1) Innovation, (2) Natural Resources, (3) Transport. European Commission — Solutions to Improve Health in Cities
The EC calls for visionary and integrated solutions (e.g. therapy gardens, urban living rooms, creative streets, city farms) to increase citizens’ health and well-being in cities. These solutions should address reducing the exposure to climate-related risks, pollution (including noise), and environmental stress, among other factors. The Commission accepts requests in the range of €10 million. To be eligible, consortia must comprise at least 4 cities from different Member States or Associated Countries defined in the call for proposals. The deadline for applications is 19 February 2019.
