Government of Canada — Women as Agents of Change in the Americas

The ‘Women as agents of change in the Americas’ call for proposals provides funding to development assistance initiatives that target gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls. Proposed project must contribute to the achievement of gender equality and empowerment of women and girls in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) region, including on climate-change issues. Projects can request up to CAN $5 million for two to five years. Eligibility extends to established organizations in Canada or the LAC region. International organizations may apply if they work with a local partner organization. The deadline for submitting preliminary proposals is 13 March 2019. Find the call
