British Council — Workshop: Coastal and Offshore Renewable Energy Systems under Extreme Events

China-UK Newton Fund Researcher Links seeks early-career researchers from the UK and China to participate in the workshop “Coastal and Offshore Renewable Energy Systems under Extreme Events”. The focus of the workshop is the use of environmental science, technology and engineering to tackle key challenges affecting the development of coastal infrastructures and offshore renewable energy systems. During the workshops researchers will have the opportunity to present their research, share their research expertise and do networking. All costs related to the participation to the workshop, including: travel (both international and local), accommodation and meals will be covered. Applications have to be submitted by 15 April 2019.
