USAID seeks sustainable forest management project in Guatemala with the aim to reduce emissions from land use change while generating direct economic and environmental benefits for small and medium-sized enterprises and community-based organizations. The project aims to improve the performance and sustainability of local forestry and forest-related businesses, while building healthy forests and livelihoods. The total amount available under this call is US$ 18.5 million. A minimum of 15% of the total project costs has to be covered by the recipient. USAID welcomes applications from organizations (including individuals, corporations, and non-profit organizations) legally registered in Guatemala. The deadline for applications is 10 April 2019. Link
