The European Commission seeks to support small-scale and innovative actions by Rwandan CSOs in the field of human rights and democracy. One of the priorities under this call is tackling climate change and mitigating its adverse effects. Grants requested under this call for proposals must fall between €300 thousand and €550 thousand. Eligibility extends to non-profit organizations registered in Rwanda or the European Union. The deadline for submission of concept notes is 14 May 2019. Click for details
