Canada Fund for Local Initiatives — Community Projects in Asia-Pacific Islands

The Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) invites proposals that meet the needs of local communities in Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu. CFLI provides funding to projects that implement environment and climate action projects focusing on adaptation and mitigation, water management, and other thematic priorities. The average contribution is C$50 thousand per project. Organizations that have previously received CFLI funding can apply for up to C$100 thousand. Eligibility extends to not-for-profit local, national or community-based organizations. The deadline for submission is 20 March 2022. CFLI Asia-Pacific Islands
