U.S. Department of State — Professional and Cultural Exchange Program

The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs invites proposals from U.S. public and private non-profit organizations to conduct an international leadership program. The Community Solutions Program is designed to support foreign community leaders (aged 25-38) working to address economic, environmental, political, and social challenges confronting their local communities. Fellows will undertake a 4-6 month U.S.-based project placement working with seasoned community leaders with the goal to design and implement of post-fellowship projects in their home countries.
