The EC will make grants to strengthen organizational and operational capacity for fisheries and aquaculture in Algeria. Eligibility for funding extends to NGOs, public agencies, local authorities, cooperatives, enterprise groups, etc., in European countries and Algeria. International organizations are also eligible.
