The European Commission aims to increase capacity and establish an enabling environment for Chinese CSOs to address issues of poverty and inequality. One of the priorities under this call is to increase participation in climate change decisions and mitigating its adverse effects. Eligible actions include mainly capacity building, networking, advocacy and research activities. Grants requested under this call for proposals must fall between €750 thousand and €1.25 million.
