United States Agency for International Development — Energy Transition

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) seeks applications for a cooperative agreement to implement the Just and Secure Energy Transition (J-SET) activity. J-SET supports utilities, regulatory agencies, and energy sector stakeholders in the Europe and Eurasia region in progressing through the clean energy transition. USAID intends to provide US$20 million in total funding over a five year period. USAID welcomes applications from non-profit as well as for-profit organizations.
