Beyond the Grid Fund for Africa — Off-Grid Energy

Beyond the Grid Fund for Africa (BGFA) aims to incentivize private off-grid energy service companies to scale up their innovative sustainable businesses and accelerate access to affordable and clean off-grid energy in Mozambique. The BGFA invites off-grid energy companies to submit proposals for clean and affordable energy solutions in peri-urban and rural areas. Grants are expected to be between €2 million and €2.5 million, depending on the country. The application process is divided into two stages: (1) Pre-Qualification and (2) Final Application.
