The U.S. Government seeks an implementing partner to develop and manage a small grants program to increase public participation in reducing plastic pollution and improving management of plastic waste across the lifecycle of plastics. The U.S. Government welcomes applications from U.S.-based and foreign non-profit organizations, institutions of higher education, and for-profit organizations or businesses.
