The Pacific Climate Change Centre (PCCC) invites public and private sector entities across Pacific island countries to submit proposals for drafting foundational climate change project ideas aimed at fostering public–private collaboration on adaptation and mitigation. The program provides tailored mentoring support (technical guidance rather than direct funding), focused on idea formulation in thematic areas including climate resilience, environmental governance, biodiversity, waste management, and organizational strategies. U.S. National Fish and Wildlife Foundation — Seabird Conservation Program 2025
The U.S. National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF) invites applications to improve populations of focal Pacific seabirds through actions that increase survival and reproduction. Proposed projects may address the management of non-native, invasive animals; restoration of nesting grounds and habitat; research and monitoring activities to address conservation needs; or activities that reduce bycatch. Climate & Clean Air Coalition — National Policy & Mitigation Projects
The Climate & Clean Air Coalition invites proposals to support national strategies and action plans addressing short‑lived climate pollutants across six thematic areas: agriculture, cooling & refrigeration, heavy‑duty transport, household energy, waste management, and national policy & planning. Grants cover project design and implementation tailored to country priorities, including methane and black‑carbon reduction strategies, clean cooking transitions, refrigerant phase‑down, organic waste pipelines, and improved air quality regulation. Target countries currently include Cambodia, Cameroon, Chad, Côte d’Ivoire, Liberia, Madagascar, Mexico, Uzbekistan, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Malawi, Uganda, Nigeria, Morocco, Kazakhstan, Vanuatu, Vietnam, and others. Efico Foundation — Support for Coffee Producers
EFICO Foundation supports coffee farmers and their families through training and education programs, sustainable income increase, resilience for climate change, infrastructure support, and natural resource protection. About every 3 years, the Foundation organizes a project initiation round and funds projects that aim to improve the living conditions of coffee producers and their communities. Nagao Natural Environment Foundation — Nature Conservation Scholarships for Students from Asia
The NEF Scholarship Scheme financially supports university students from Southeast Asia who study nature conservation (e.g., biology, botany, forestry, etc) at selected universities and institutes in Indonesia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Lao PDR, Cambodia, and the Philippines. Furthermore, scholarship recipients can attend the NEF Student International Workshop. Participants attend lectures, present their own research, visit research facilities, and practice research skills in the field related to nature conservation. Eligibility requirements vary by country, therefore, interested applicants are required to contact the NEF local counterpart representative in their country for application guidelines. Turing Foundation — Grants for Marine Ecosystems
The Turing Foundation is committed to supporting biodiversity—especially marine and coastal ecosystems like mangroves, seagrass, and coral reefs. Projects supported include protection of marine nursery habitats and climate-focused nature conservation efforts. Earth Journalism Network — Fellowship for Social Media Creators and Journalists in South and Southeast Asia
The Earth Journalism Network (EJN) seeks social media content creators curious to learn more about biodiversity issues and incorporate journalism skills, as well as environmental journalists interested in building their social media skills for a joint fellowship program designed to enable both groups to share insights and create evidence-based and engaging biodiversity-related content on social media. EJN will offer US$2,000 each to 10 social media content creators and 10 journalists across South and Southeast Asia. Zoological Society of London — EDGE Fellowships 2026
The EDGE of Existence Program provides fellowships for two-year projects in research and conservation of EDGE (Evolutionarily Distinct and Globally Endangered) mammals, amphibians, corals, and birds. The program is open to early-career conservation biologists who are nationals or residents of the country in which the EDGE species occur. EDGE Fellows receive a grant of up to £10 thousand; an opportunity to attend two regional training courses and to undertake online modules in relevant topics; and one-to-one support from a scientific advisor. Canon — Social and Environmental Community Support
Canon supports schools, non-profit, and community groups who are addressing both social and environmental issues in their community and inspiring change for future generations throughout Oceania. The Canon Oceania Grants Program supports individuals and organizations.
