Mission Innovation — Prize for Energy Innovations
Through its Champions Program, Mission Innovation seeks to recognize exceptional researchers and innovators who are developing new ways of making clean energy cheaper and more reliable by using it more efficiently. MI Champions will participate in the fourth MI ministerial (MI-4) meeting in Canada (May 2019). Smogathon aims to fight air pollution through technology. Start-ups will compete for $15 thousand in cash and a contract to implement their innovation in Krakow, Poland.
