Universitas Gadjah Mada — Gadjah Mada International Fellowship

The Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) offers a scholarship to international students from ASEAN member countries (excluding Indonesia), South Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan that demonstrate the need of financial assistance. Study courses include agriculture, forestry, biology, and veterinary medicine. The GMIF program covers tuition fees, living allowance, international airfare, and thesis research of Rp10 million for the Master Program and Rp15 million for the Doctoral Program. Government of China — Hubei Provincial Scholarships in China 2019

The Government of China offers scholarships for PhD, Masters and Bachelor degrees. The scholarships are offered to students from all nationalities (except chinese) for any subject taught in universities participating in Hubei Provincial scholarship program. (Note: This may include several topics and themes of the Terra Viva Grant Directory.) Scholarship funding varies according to category, ranging from ¥10 thousand to ¥20 thousand per year. World Academy of Sciences — Postdoctoral Fellowships in Malaysia

TWAS offers postdoc fellowships to young scientists from developing countries (other than Malaysia) who wish to pursue advanced research in the natural sciences at the Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in Penang, Malaysia. The duration of the fellowships is 12 months to 3 years. Subject areas range across the physical and natural sciences, including agricultural sciences. United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization — Fellowship Program in Archeology and Conservation

UNESCO/Poland invites applications to the Co-Sponsored Fellowship Program in Archeology and Conservation. The program will award five fellowships of eight months duration each. Travel and insurance will be covered by UNESCO. Fellows will receive a monthly allowance of PLN 1600. Candidates should have a Bachelor or Master degree in Archaeology or Conservation and be no more than 40 years old. Candidatures should be submitted by the invited Member States: Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, and Turkey. World Bank — Masters Fellowship for African Female Scientists

Applications are open for the World Bank/ACE II Masters Fellowships for African female scientists. Priority areas include agriculture, among others. Selected fellows will receive financial support that covers tuition fees, living expenses, research, and travel. Eligibility extends to female nationals under 35 years from Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, or Burundi. Closing date for applications is 30 June 2019. Royal Institute of International Affairs — Richard and Susan Hayden Academy Fellowship

Chatham House, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, offers academy fellowships to international leaders. Applicants are recommended to consider existing research programmes that include climate change and the incorporation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by international organizations. The fellowship is aimed at mid-career professionals from academia, NGOs, business, government departments, civil society or the media. The fellowship is open to candidates worldwide. Khalifa University of Science and Technology — Graduate Scholarships 2019

Khalifa University of Science and Technology offers Graduate Research/ Teaching Assistant (GRTA) scholarships to support students enrolled in one of the graduate programs. The University offers a wide range of programs in different subject areas including water and environmental engineering, science and technology degrees. International students are particularly encouraged to apply. The scholarship includes the full coverage of tuition fees, medical insurance, support for conference attendance and a monthly stipend. Japan Foundation Center for Global Partnership — Abe Fellowships 2019

The Abe Fellowship encourages international research in the social sciences and related disciplines on topics of pressing global concern — including climate change, sustainable urbanization, environmental degradation, and other cross-cutting issues that advance global problem solving from a transnational perspective. The fellowship program is open to citizens of Japan and the USA, as well as to nationals of other countries who can demonstrate serious long-term affiliations with research communities in Japan or the USA. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change — Scholarship for PhD Students

The IPCC Scholarship Programme provides scholarships for PhD students from developing countries for research that advances the understanding of the scientific basis of risks of climate change. The scholarship amount is €15 thousand per year for up to two years. Western Union — Scholarship for Undergraduate Study

The Western Union Foundation Global Scholarship Program is a program designed to support young people and their efforts to pursue a post-secondary education in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or business/entrepreneurship. Selected scholarship recipients will receive US$2,500 each to contribute toward tuition at an accredited post-secondary institution.
