The iF Social Impact Prize aims to publish and support design projects that contribute to solving urgent challenges and help to improve living conditions in the developing world. Solutions should already be established and help to solve well-known issues in any category of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. YMCA Network Solutions — Youth Empowerment Fund
The YMCA Network Solutions Youth Empowerment Fund is a grant opportunity designed to support youth-led initiatives that address local challenges and advance the Sustainable Development Goals. The Youth Innovation Challenge (YIC) invites applicants from 15 to 30 years of age to propose innovative solutions to protect marine resources and support people of all ages to be engaged stewards for marine conservation. Pulitzer Center — Global Reporting Grant
The Pulitzer Center Global Reporting Grant supports in-depth, high-impact reporting on critical issues that are often overlooked in the media, from global health to climate change. The Pulitzer Center will provide a travel grant of US$5 thousand for a reporting project on topics of global importance. Ford — Community-Based Environmental Projects
The Donativos Ambientales Ford 2025 program aims to support community-based environmental projects in Puerto Rico, Panama, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and Guatemala that contribute to sustainable development and environmental conservation. The initiative promotes sustainable development by funding projects in four areas: (1) biodiversity conservation and recovery; (2) food security through organic agriculture and sustainable practices; (3) waste management, including reduction, reuse, and recycling; and (4) renewable energy solutions like solar, wind, and biomass. United Nations Environment Program — Champions of the Earth 2025
The Champions of the Earth is the UN’s highest award to honor people and organizations worldwide for leadership and action on sustainable development, climate change, and a life of dignity. This year, UNEP seeks nominations of individuals, organizations, and governments working on sustainable solutions to eliminate plastic pollution. Persons may nominate themselves, their own organizations, or a third party whom they believe should receive recognition. Nominations must be supported by three endorsers. Association of Commonwealth Universities — Higher Education and SDGs Grants
The Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) accepts applications for the Higher Education and the SDGs Challenge Grants to fund collaborative work around the sustainable development goals (SDGs). The grants are open to professional and academic staff at ACU member universities. Four grants of £2,500 are available.
