Venture For ClimateTech is a global venture studio and accelerator program that supports early-stage climate technology innovators. The program offers up to US$50 thousand in non-dilutive funding, mentorship, and resources to help entrepreneurs bring their climate solutions to market. Eligible applicants include individuals and teams worldwide with innovations capable of significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions, particularly in sectors such as buildings, transportation, grid, and industry. Clif Family Foundation — Support for Non-Profit Organizations
The Clif Family Foundation offers grants to support Organic Farming, Climate Justice and other thematic areas. The Foundation covers operating expenses or specific projects for organizations aligned with the Foundation’s strategic priorities. Eligible applicants must be 501(c)(3) organizations or have a fiscal sponsor with this status. Grants range from US$5,000 to US$50 thousand for a one-year period. Bosch Business Innovations — CarbonCapture Startup Challenge
The CarbonCapture Startup Challenge is a three-month virtual program designed to support early-stage startups developing innovative solutions in Direct Air Capture (DAC), Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS), and downstream applications within the carbon dioxide value chain. Selected startups will receive €15 thousand in funding, mentorship from Bosch experts, and access to a global network of industry professionals and investors. Eligible applicants are early-stage tech startups in the pre-seed to seed stage, comprising teams of 2-4 members with diverse skill sets, and must be registered legal entities. The HudsonAlpha AgTech Accelerator connects cutting-edge, agriculture technology startups to the coaching, capital, and connections they need to build and grow their businesses. Applications are welcome from startups anywhere in the world and innovating in any area of agriculture. Swedish Institute — Scholarships for Global Professionals
The Swedish Institute (SI) provides fully-funded international scholarships for master’s studies in Sweden. The scholarship for global professionals aims to develop future global leaders who will contribute to the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and contribute to positive and sustainable development in their home countries. The scholarship is intended for full-time one-year or two-year master’s programs. Doc Society — Climate Story Fund
The Doc Society supports stories and impact campaigns from around the world that move humankind closer to a climate just and biodiverse future. The Climate Story Fund will support 6-8 projects with grants ranging from US$50 thousand to US$125 thousand per project. The fund is open to all mediums and will support both production and impact campaigns. Projects may come from all over the world (including localized stories serving local communities) and can be submitted by both new and established artists. International Geosphere-Biosphere Program — PAGES Workshops and Educational Meetings
PAGES (Past Global Changes) supports research aimed at understanding the earth’s past environment to make predictions for the future. PAGES encourages international and interdisciplinary collaboration, including the participation of scientists from developing countries. The program offers funding to qualified organizers of workshops and educational meetings in support of PAGES objectives. Alstom Foundation — Project Support for NGOs
The Alstom Foundation invites project proposals from NGOs in eligible countries in the Asia-Pacific region, South Asia, Europe, Eurasia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa (a full list of eligible countries is provided in the call for proposals). The Foundation supports a range of activities, including support for water supply and sanitation; renewable energy; reforestation; waste management; ecotourism; and environmental awareness campaigns.
