The Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs (OES) seeks international partnerships to implement the “U.S. Air Quality Capacity Building Fellowship” project, an international exchange program of American air quality experts with governments in targeted, highly-polluted countries. Selected organizations will manage the operations of the fellowship program, including the recruitment of Fellows, placement in host country governments as well as travel, and administrative support. Eligible countries under this award include: Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Macedonia, Malaysia, Mongolia, Nepal, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Panama, Peru, Philippines, South Africa, Tajikistan, Thailand, Uganda, and Vietnam. OES expects to make a single award of approx. US$490 thousand for a period of 36 months. Applications close on 02 August 2018. Here
