The Terra Viva Grants Directory develops and manages information about grants for agriculture, energy, environment, and natural resources in the world's developing countries.

Can I filter my results by regional or country classification?

Our geographical orientation is the entire developing world, defined as low-income and middle-income countries. We look for funding opportunities from organizations around the world — international, government, and civil society — that contribute to this scope. We specialize in international grantmakers that focus on programs and projects in agriculture, energy, environment, and natural resources. We also include other grantmakers which have smaller or limited programmatic areas in these sectors, and which operate internationally.

We do not offer country (e.g., India) or regional filters (e.g., Bomet Rift Valley), due to the lack of detail from grantmakers.

Tip: To find more relevant opportunities during your search, filter by broad location first and then check the eligibility criteria of grantmakers that support your subject area or project type. You can use filters in our searchable database (paid subscription) or tags in our funding news (free) for better segmentation.

Also, see our discussion of [location tags] for finding opportunities relevant to your location.
